2022 MISS CABARRUS COUNTY 'S OUTSTANDING TEEN COMPETITION

The Miss Cabarrus County committee invites you to be a participant in our 2022 Cabarrus County Outstanding Teen Preliminary competition which will be held on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. It will be held along with our 2022 Miss Cabarrus County Pageant. A reception and production rehearsal will be held prior to the pageant (Time and Date TBA) at Let's Dance Studio for all Miss/Outstanding Teen contestants along with their Carolina Princesses and a final rehearsal on Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at beginning at 6:00pm
Our Outstanding Teen pageant is an "OPEN" pageant - open to all girls in North Carolina.
A sister company to the Miss America Organization, Miss America's Outstanding Teen promotes scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for America's teens. The Miss America Organization extended its program to include a national teen program for young ladies between the ages 13-18 years of age. If selected as our 2022 Cabarrus County Outstanding Teen, you will travel along with our newly crowned 2022 Miss Cabarrus County to High Point in June 2022 and will begin competition for the title of 2022 North Carolina Outstanding Teen.
Winner will receive an official Miss America Preliminary Outstanding Teen Crown, Queens Trophy, Queens Floral Bouquet, gifts from local merchants. For the winner, the $500 entry fee for the state competition will be paid by the Miss Cabarrus County Pageant Association if there are 5 or more contestants. For 4 and less contestants, $250 of the state fee will be paid. The winner of the North Carolina Outstanding Teen will receive scholarships along with other gifts and will advance to the Miss America Outstanding Teen competition.

Evening Gown & On-Stage Question
Interview: you will meet with our judges for an eight minute private interview - with no opening or closing. On-Stage Questions will be a general question and a platform question. Physical Fitness wear should be active wear that is in good taste for a family program. (No costumes) Talent can not exceed 90 seconds. No two girls can perform the same song, so talent request will be on a first request priority. Please call as soon as you know your talent information.
Photos - we need 1 head shot photos 5 x 7 - send via email in a jpeg file to misscabarruscounty@gmail.com as soon as possible. Deadline is Wednesday, Novermber 17th 2021
Community Service Platform - contestants will be asked to provide a 200-300 word statement on a chosen platform that you would like to promote if chosen Cabarrus County/Concord's Outstanding Teen.
Final Deadline for all program book AD pages is Wednesday, Novermber 17th 2021..
